Delete your Vepino account

We process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.

Send an email to hello@vepino.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete Account”. We will then remove:

• Your user account
• Your events and registrations

• Your profile (name, email, phone number) will be anonymized within 30 days
• Your access to all workspaces will be removed
• Company events and registrations will be retained — they belong to the organization, not to you as an individual. If you are the sole owner of a workspace, contact us to handle the transfer before deletion.

Are you an event attendee and want to delete your own registrations (name, email you provided during registration)? Email hello@vepino.com instead with the subject “GDPR deletion attendee”.

Remaining data: anonymized statistics (event attendance numbers, etc.) are saved for reporting purposes.
