The terms for your personal account in Vepino — identity, account security and communication.

These Account Terms govern your personal Vepino account — the identity you use to log in to Vepino.
1Your account
1.1 Identity: The Vepino account allows you to log in and receive invitations to workspaces. When you join a workspace you are also subject to that workspace’s agreement with Human Syntax.
1.2 Login credentials: You are responsible for secure handling of your login credentials. Do not share your password or one-time codes with anyone.
1.3 One account per user: The account shall be used by one (1) named individual. Shared accounts are not permitted.
1.4 Suspected access: You shall without undue delay inform Human Syntax if you suspect that your account is being used by an unauthorised party.
1.5 Cost: The Vepino account is provided free of charge. We may in the future offer paid options that you choose to activate yourself. The basic version remains free of charge.
2Prohibited use
It is not permitted to:
- attempt to obtain unauthorised access to other parts of the Service, other users’ data or underlying infrastructure
- attempt to circumvent technical limitations or security controls
- automate use beyond permitted API calls, or overload the Service with unusually high volumes
- otherwise disrupt or negatively affect the Service
Breach of these rules may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account without prior warning.
3Inactive accounts
Accounts not connected to any workspace may be deleted.
4Communication about the Service
During the time you hold an account, you may receive:
4.1 Service information: Security notices, system notifications, changes to terms and other information required for the Service to function. This communication cannot be opted out of without terminating the account.
4.2 Information about the Service’s development: Information about improvements and new functions in Vepino. You can object to this communication at any time without affecting your account.
5Changes and contact
We may update these Account Terms from time to time. The current version is published on vepino.com. For significant changes, we inform registered users via email.
